The beach access was great, and we enjoyed strolling along the shoreline. The room was also beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. the nearby restaurant options were convenient and made it easy to grab a quick bite to eat.
We were disappointed by the lack of included amenities and the high cost of additional activities offered by the hotel. , the breakfast options were limited and could have been better.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right at the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing and always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was impressive, and I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included.
Everything is what I need and want - I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel or the city!

Located right on a stunning Caribbean beach, this hotel puts guests in the heart of the charming Grace Bay area. With many excellent restaurants nearby and the main shopping area within walking distance, there's no need for a car. Guests can enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of their own room and the service is top-notch.
There seems to be some recent changes in management that may have affected the quality of amenities.

the luxurious room had breathtaking views and private facilities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed unwinding at the Spa & wellness centre and taking a dip in the infinity pool and Jacuzzi. the restaurant's delectable cuisine left us satisfied, and the lounge area's refreshing drinks rounded off a perfect experience. All this, coupled with the prime location, made for a memorable stay.
The only minor issue we encountered was at the restaurant bar, where the wait staff seemed understaffed and rushed.
